Shipping times: You will receive your planner within 3 to 16 days, depending on your location. We will try our best to get it to you as soon as possible.
International Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Our shipping rates depend on which country you are shipping to. They are shown in the table below:

For the US and Other Countries, for each extra planner ordered, a shipping charge of £2 will be added to the shipping total.
Refund Policy
At Artham, we are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction and shopping experience for our customers.
Damages and issues
We have a 3-day refund policy. If a product arrives damaged or defective, subject to satisfaction by our team, will be replaced.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. No refund/replacement requests made after the 3-day window will be liable to be considered.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in any way, you can email hello@artham.shop to make a replacement claim with the original invoice email along with the photograph(s) depicting the damage or defect and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
